Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking, we kindly request a $25 deposit, which will be applied to your appointment total. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in case of no-shows or cancellations. If you encounter any difficulties booking through the site, you may alternatively send the deposit via Zelle or Cash App before I can assist you with your booking. At Dra's Insane Hair Mane, we understand that unexpected events may occur. We kindly request that you inform us if you are unable to make your appointment or if you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late. In the event that you have another appointment that conflicts with ours, we may ask you to reschedule. After one instance of a no-show, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to accommodate future bookings. We value your time and ours, and we kindly ask for your consideration and respect toward us and other clients. Please note that appointments require a deposit, which is non-refundable in cases of no-shows or cancellations. Please be informed that after two consecutive cancellations without a 72-hour notice or one no-show, you will no longer be able to make bookings at Dra's Insane Hair Mane.
