Dra's insane hair mane Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Dra's insane hair mane! We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

 

Reasons for non-eligible refund or exchange: You will not be refunded if you discover you have an allergy to any products after purchase and shipment. Please kindly read the disclaimer and ingredients prior to your purchase.

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges: 

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In that case, we would need a picture of the item sent to us by email. We will then exchange it for the same item. Shipping

All packages are shipped within 2-4 days of purchase Shipped USPS PRIORITY With processing time being 3-5 days in transit.

 

Unfortunately, Dra's insane hair mane does not have control over the postal service. You will be provided a tracking number when the shipment is in transit. If there is a damaged package when you receive it, please place a claim with USPS. Also, let us know so we can keep track of any incidents of that sort. Our customers are a priority and we want to ensure any delivery service used is placing our customer's purchases priority as well.
